CKF-317 releu supraveghere faze, cu actionare la prag reglabil de asimetrie tensiune
Scop:
Este proiectat sa monitorizeze secventa celor trei faze pentru a proteja motoarele electrice trifazate impotriva caderii de tensiune in cel putin o faza sau a asimetriei tensiunii intre faze, care ar putea deteriora motorul, cu protectia suplimentara a directiei de rotatie a motorului in caz de schimbare de faza inainte de monitorizare.
Functionare:
Problemele de tensiune pe orice faza sau asimetria tensiunii intre faze ce depasesc pragul setat de actionare, cauzeaza comutarea pe OPRIT a motorului. Comutarea OPRIT a motorului apare dupa o intarziere de 4 sec, care previne comutarea OPRIT cauzata de caderea de tensiune instantanee. Comutarea PORNIT a motorului apare automat atunci cand tensiunea creste cu 5V ~ peste tensiunea de activare . La aparitia acestor asimetrii, releul nu da posibilitatea motorului sa se puna in miscare. In cazul schimbarii secventei fazelor, inainte de monitorizare, care cauzeaza schimbarea directiei de rotatie (fata de cum era setat) , este oprita pornirea motorului. Reconectarea este posibila dupa restabilirea secventei corecte intre faze.
